Payment Schedule
€433 of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €433 is due.
Notes
Total Cost
  The Total Rental Cost is the sum of the following:
    The posted weekly rental rate as shown on the rate page.
    Delaware Short-term Rental Tax, 4.5% of the posted rental rate.
    Sussex Shores Beach Association Rental Surcharge, 5% of the posted rental rate.
    Cleaning fee, $230 per stay.
Reservation
  Upon acceptance of a reservation, Owner will email a Contract to Tenant.
  Tenant must sign the contract and return it to Owner along with a $500 refundable security deposit within 10 days.
Payment
  A payment of one-half the Total Rental Cost is due sixty (60) days prior to Arrival date.
  A final payment of one-half the Total Rental Cost is due thirty (30) days prior to Arrival date.
